These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the QRFollow website and application at qrfollow.com. QRFollow (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a service provided by SPACESTREAM.com Ltd. By using our website, application, or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Service

You agree to use QRFollow only for lawful purposes. You must not use our service to create, share, or distribute any content that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Contains offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory material
• Promotes or facilitates illegal activities
• Contains malicious software, phishing links, or harmful code

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.

2. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide a valid email address during registration and verify it before your account is activated.

3. Free and Paid Plans

QRFollow offers a free plan with usage limits and a paid Pro plan with additional features. Free plan limits and Pro plan pricing are displayed on our pricing page and may change from time to time. Any pricing change will not affect existing active subscriptions.

4. Paid Subscriptions and Purchases

Payments are processed securely by Stripe on behalf of spacestream.com. Charges will appear on your bank statement as SPACESTREAM.COM. We do not store your card details. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method at the recurring interval displayed at checkout.

5. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings or via the Stripe customer portal. When you cancel, you keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

6. Refund and Dispute Policy

If you are not satisfied, contact us at support@qrfollow.com and we will review your request.

• Subscriptions: we will refund the most recent charge if requested within 14 days of that charge.
• One-time purchases: we will refund the full amount if requested within 14 days of purchase.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear. Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank.

7. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload using QRFollow, but you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it for the purposes of providing the service.

8. Third-Party Services

QRFollow integrates with third-party services including AWS (hosting and email), Stripe (payments), and OpenAI (AI content refinement). We are not responsible for any changes, downtime, or issues caused by these services.

9. Availability & Changes

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we make no guarantees about uptime or availability. We may modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

QRFollow is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from the use of our service.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
